PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view. We do NOT collect Device Information.
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information relating to our products or services.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We DO NOT sell, share, show, rent, loan, give, swap or lease your Personal Information with third parties, except when required for shipment purposes. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for an exchange, return, or refund.
- Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the original delivery date.
- Item(s) returned for a refund will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Item(s) must be new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories.
- Item(s) must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.
- All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the party returning the merchandise (i.e. the customer) and is not refundable.
- Returned items eligible for a refund will be refunded for the cost of the item returned only. We do not refund shipping cost to customer.
Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process may be subject to an additional $15 charge if the address must be changed by the courier to be deliverable.
Orders that have been deemed undeliverable by the courier are subject to a $15 charge. Undeliverable orders include but are not limited to: orders for which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address; instances in which the customer is not available for delivery; orders for which the customer fails to provide a P.O. Box or full physical address; and instances where the order is refused by the customer.
Orders are insured with Claims for damage or errors in shipping must be reported within one (1) business day following delivery, by the Purchasing Party. The Purchasing Party shall have five (5) business days from the date the Purchasing Party receives any products to inspect such products for defects or nonconformance which are not due to damage, shortage or errors in shipping and notify BW Products of any such defects, nonconformance or rejection of such products. Shortage claims or other such errors must be made to BW Products within five (5) business days after receipt of shipment, and failure to do so or to give such notice shall constitute unqualified acceptance and a waiver of all such warrantees or guarantees by the Purchasing Party. After such acceptance, the Purchasing Party shall have no right to reject the products for any reason or to revoke acceptance. The Purchasing Party hereby agrees that five (5) such business days is a reasonable amount of time for inspection and revocation. The Purchasing Party shall have no right to order any modifications to any product previously ordered by the Purchasing Party or its representatives or cancel any order without BW Products written consent and payment to BW Products of all charges, expenses, commissions and reasonable profits owed to or incurred by BW Products.
Specially fabricated or custom products may not be returned in any case and no refund will be made. The exclusive remedy for damaged merchandise said to be defective in craftsmanship or material will be the replacement of the product subject to the manufacturer’s inspection.
Order is insured by the carrier of choice and all damaged claims must be reported in 72 hours of receiving the item. You must keep all package materials for the carriers possible inspection for the claim.
